FAQ

I have chosen to ship my orders lettermail, which means there is no tracking, but it is more affordable for customers. Tracked shipping for Canada is available at check out. If you are not from Canada but would like to upgrade your order to tracked, please contact me & I can see if it is possible.

For lettermail shipping to Canada generally takes 5-10 business days for orders to arrive. If you ordered from the USA, orders can take up to 20 business days, & sometimes longer depending on current events. For international orders please allow up to 1 month for shipping.

If you experience waits that are considerably longer then these projected times, please contact with with your name & order number.

Orders can take up 3-5 business days to process. The shipping estimates are for after you have received your shipping confirmation email.

My order arrived damaged or didn’t arrive at all.

Please contact me if your order was damaged upon arrival, unless the item is sold out, it is usually possible to send a replacement.

If you think your item has been lost, please contact me after the projected shipping dates have passed, and we can figure out next steps. Since most items are sent lettermail, there is no tracking number for orders, but sometimes I get orders returned to me in the mail if there is an issue with the address or mail service.

Returns

All orders are final. If there are damages or missing items I am happy to discuss.

Wrong Address

Unfortunately if you entered the wrong address at check out there is nothing that I can do. As a small business I can’t afford to reship items to correct addresses. Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. If you get address changes to me before the items ship, there may be a chance to update your information. Please contact.
